Dale Software provides free-of-charge software support with the purchase of any of our software titles. We will endeavour to sort out any problems over the phone or by email. We will not visit your site to enable installations. We will also maintain this download page for any upgrades or patches, as well as a FAQ’s page, on this website. On installation all customers will be required to register their software before the package will operate. This protection is supported by sophisticated copy protection. Each centre will be allocated centre unique access codes, to allow the source of any copies to be easily identified. This protection has been deemed necessary for obvious reasons.

What we will do:  Dale Software will provide honest and helpful responses to your questions. We will also provide demo’s or any other help to enable you to assess the best package for your needs.We will provide help by phone or email.

What we will not do: Offer training for our software products over the phone or by email. Guarantee software operation under each and every network/OS system architecture, or combination thereof. Provide consultancy services for the integration of our software. Assist with third party development of software or services
