Ordering Information Ordering a software title is simple. From institutions, such as schools and colleges, we accept formal written purchase orders. We will then invoice your institution. It is also possible to download an order form which can be posted or faxed to us. To download the form click the link below. Private purchasers or private organisations, such as training companies will require a cheque with their order. The software will be despatched after clearing. Please allow 7-10 days to allow cheques to clear and the software to be despatched. All cheques made payable to Dale Software. Payment should be in UK Sterling. On Line Ordering Due to the nature of our client base, we do not accept on line ordering. Most organisations use a formal ordering/purchasing system.
